| Tenure with Crosland: Since 1994 Professional Experience In his current role as Regional Property Manager, Charlie is responsible for the management and operations of 9 rental properties including 1,382 units throughout North Carolina. His current portfolio includes ARP Manor, Ashley Square, Biltmore Park Town Square, Birkdale Village, Cranbrook at Biltmore, the Great Laurels at Lake Junaluska, Lakeside, Ten05 and Wellspring Village. During his tenure at Crosland, Charlie has managed a wide variety of apartment communities, including the lease-up of eight high-end communities (2,200 apts) and nine Hope VI/tax credit properties (824 apts). His management assignments have included properties owned by four major institutional investors, as well as working closely with two local housing authorities, state housing finance agencies, and HUD. Immediately prior to joining Crosland, Charlie was Director of Planning and Development for the Charlotte Housing Authority. Charlie has also served as a vice president in the Income Property division of First Union Mortgage Corporation and was a multi-family loan officer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority. Charlie has been with Crosland since 1994, managing a wide variety of apartment communities. He has successfully managed the lease-ups of eight new Hope VI/tax credit properties (753 units), and eight luxury apartment communities (2,202 units). Immediately prior to joining Crosland, Charlie was Director of Planning and Development for the Charlotte Housing Authority. Charlie has also served as a vice president in the Income Property division of First Union Mortgage Corporation and was a multi-family loan officer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
