Tenure with Crosland: Since 2003 Professional Experience
Jim is responsible for expanding Crosland’s Land Development Division in the Research Triangle market, as well as managing the daily operations for the Triangle Regional Office.His responsibilities include market analysis, land acquisition and entitlement, financing, construction and land sales for residential and multi-use communities.Previously, Jim was Development Manager for the Raleigh office of Duke Realty Corporation, a national office and industrial REIT.His professional experience also includes civil engineering design management and five years of military service as an active duty Army officer.
