Professional Experience
As Director of Design and Construction based in Charlotte, N.C., Scott Hinson manages the entitlement, design and construction of retail shopping centers and mixed-use projects for Crosland’s Retail division. While at Crosland, he has managed the development of over two million square feet of retail space, including Pendleton Village, The Shops at Greenridge, Providence Marketplace and Richmond Centre. Prior to joining Crosland, Scott served as Vice President of Real Estate for Belk Stores Services in Charlotte, N.C. where he managed the operations, lease administration and real estate portfolio for Belk stores and corporate offices.
