Crosland Earns Eighth Consecutive Honor for Multifamily Customer ServiceCharlotte, N.C., June 3, 2008 - Crosland LLC, one of the Southeast’s leading real estate companies, has won the 2007 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence. Crosland’s apartment residents have placed the company on top of its industry peers for eight consecutive years.
More than 1.3 million residents in 5,600 apartment communities nationwide participated in the survey, which measures management performance and commitment to the highest level of quality and service. Crosland is one of four award recipients nationwide, one winner in each category according to the number of properties under management.
“In the last year, Crosland’s apartment and condominium communities have won recognition for environmental leadership, historic preservation and architectural design, but this is our most important honor,” said David Ravin, president of Crosland’s residential division. “Our primary mission is to improve the lives of our residents, and winning this award for eight straight years clearly shows we’re fulfilling that promise.”

The third-party customer satisfaction survey was conducted by CEL & Associates, the nation’s largest surveyor of resident satisfaction within the multifamily real estate industry.
