Preferred Flooring, Inc. to Join Old Hickory Business Park

Charlotte, N.C., August 18, 2008 - Stophel Investments, LLC has purchased a 1.94-acre site at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of Preferred Flooring, Inc., a flooring supply and installation wholesaler.

Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in the above transaction.

The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC.
