Darn Group Purchases Office Space for Compkraft in Old Hickory Business Park

Charlotte, N.C., August 28, 2008 - Darn Group, LLC has purchased an office condominium at 1009 Forsyth Avenue (Unit A - 8,130 s.f.) in Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the offices of Compkraft, an information technology firm.

William Chaffin of Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty represented the buyer and Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in the above transaction.

The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC.
