Trinity Commons

Trinity Commons will be conveniently located across Erwin Road from Duke University and Duke Medical Center. Trinity Commons is also in close proximity to I40, I85 and NC147 allowing easy access to all points in the Triangle area. Biltmore Park Town Square

 Building on Biltmore Park's existing retail and office, the project will include a regional stadium-seating theater, 226,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurants, a 154-room hotel, 184,216 SF of office space and 274 residential units, many of which will be located above the shops.

Crosland Contracting and Shelco Inc. completed Biltmore Park Town Square sitework, parking decks, and the construction of the luxury apartment homes and condominiums. The project is participating in the pilot LEED-ND (Neighborhood Development) program.

 Tranquil Court on Selwyn

Crosland Contracting built Tranquil Court on Selwyn's four-story residential component of a larger mixed-use development, which will be comprised of two buildings on a 2.73-acre site at Selwyn and Tranquil avenues. The residences feature studio, one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 562 to 1,419 square feet. The building is architecturally inspired by brownstone residences in historic districts such as Boston and Georgetown and will feature a rich palette of exterior materials consistent with the Myers Park aesthetic.

Beyond price and location, the primary draw of the residences will be sun-filled floorplans with spectacular views. Shallow, wide floorplans allow natural light to every room of every unit, reducing power and lighting requirements. Exterior residences will overlook the mature oaks of Myers Park, several of which are being preserved on the site, while interior residences will look out to a private, lush courtyard.

The project utilizes a light-reflective “cool roof” roofing system for energy efficiency. Construction was difficult on this tight site of less than 2 acres built atop a platform parking deck.

Cosgrove Hill

This community is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina across 15-501 from the Sheraton Hotel. Cosgrove Hill  offers a resident swimming pool, a business center, and exercise facility. The buildings are clustered around smaller central courtyards and active recreation areas.

The apartment flats will be arranged in two and three story buildings. The two story buildings are designed for direct access to all the units. The three story buildings offers a central resident elevator. The townhomes are two and three stories in height and all have attached garages.

The Residences at the Arboretum offers 205 apartments and townhomes in Cary, NC. Crosland, in partnership with the Ray family, is redeveloping the vacant industrial site of the former Raleigh Office Supply building along Tucker Street. The Tucker will range between four and five stories in height and will consist of 179 apartments, making this redevelopment one of the biggest private investments in downtown Raleigh to date. This exciting new urban infill project is just seconds from Cameron Village and two blocks from the Glenwood South entertainment district.

The Tucker will have a variety of floor plans available ranging from small efficiency units to large two bedroom units with second story lofts.

Developed by Crescent Resources, this multifamily community is located across the street from Concord Mills Mall. The community has 312 units. The clubhouse received it's LEED certification and the project recently was awarded the NAHB National Green Building Luxury Multifamily Project of the year award. Circle at Concord Mills was just recognized as a Certified Silver Audubon International Signature Sanctuary. This is the first multifamily development in the nation and the world to receive this certification.
