The Crosland Southeastern Investment Fund is a pool of capital in excess of $200 million that we have dedicated to land acquisition in our southeastern markets. While land for all types of development will be considered, we are specifically seeking urban infill sites and large growth corridor tracts with multiple intended uses. Our primary focus is on land parcels exceeding $10 million in cost. We are willing to consider parcels lacking entitlements.

We are open to outstanding land acquisition opportunities throughout the southeast but have a particular interest in our core markets:

• Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa
• North Carolina: Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham
• South Carolina: Charleston
• Tennessee: Nashville
• Virginia: Richmond, Virginia Beach / Norfolk
