Hickory Tavern Grill and Raw Bar to Join Biltmore Park® Town Square

Asheville, NC, June 22, 2009— Biltmore Farms LLC and Crosland LLC announce the addition of Hickory Tavern Grill and Raw Bar to Biltmore Park Town Square’s growing restaurant scene.

Scheduled to open in late fall, the restaurant will offer an extensive menu featuring cuisine that includes a range of choices from gourmet specialties to comfort food. Patrons can select entrees that include everything from crab cakes and fresh salmon to hamburgers and wings, making it a great choice for special occasions or everyday outings. The restaurant features daily food and drink specials, most notably the 45 cent shrimp Wednesdays and the 50 cent oyster Thursdays. The menu also features a generous wine list to complement any choice.

Excellent customer service combined with an energetic and welcoming environment creates an atmosphere restaurant-goers will enjoy.

The eatery’s late-night menu and complete bar area also provide the perfect setting for a game of trivia or karaoke.

Hickory Tavern’s signature Tailgate-to-go menu offers classic favorites including sliders, chicken wings and chips and salsa - all great choices for any tailgate party. Hickory Tavern will also offer customized delivery and full-service catering options for various events including office luncheons, corporate functions and private parties.
